Paul Gagné has been a posturologist and strength coach for over 40 years. His unique approach has allowed him to work with some of the world’s top athletes across various sports, from hockey to mogul skiing and Formula 1. He has authored or co-authored hundreds of articles in prestigious training magazines throughout his career. Additionally, he has delivered hundreds of conferences worldwide, sharing his expertise in posture, performance, and athletic development.

Dr. Ken Kinakin
Dr. Ken Kinakin is a chiropractor, certified strength and conditioning specialist, and personal trainer with over 40 years of experience in bodybuilding and powerlifting. He lectures internationally on weight training, rehabilitation, and nutrition, presenting for NSCA, Can-Fit-Pro, and rehabilitation certification programs. Author of Optimal Muscle Training, he also served on the Canadian Powerlifting Medical Committee. He founded SWIS (Society of Weight-Training Injury Specialists) to educate professionals on exercise muscle testing, rehab, and injury treatment.

Tom Sheppard
Tom Sheppard is a strength and powerlifting coach who has worked with professional athletes worldwide in sports like rugby, baseball, MMA, and elite powerlifting. Co-owner of Phoenix Performance and head coach at Thibarmy, he also writes for major platforms such as EliteFTS and T-Nation. In 2022 and 2023, he presented at the prestigious SWIS Symposium, sharing the stage with top figures in the fitness industry. He is the co-host of the famous podcast Table Talk alongside Dave Tate. He also co-wrote a book with Christian Thibaudeau, which is now available in 5 languages.

Naomi Sheppard
Naomi has 13 years of coaching experience, working with clients from post-op patients to professional athletes. An elite powerlifter, she holds multiple British, European, and World Records and is the UK’s all-time strongest pound-for-pound lifter. Her top lifts include a 262.5 kg world-record squat. Combining her competitive experience with a background in biochemistry, she designs science-based training and nutrition plans. Since 2019, she is a coach for Thibarmy and now represents elitefts in the US.

Christian Thibaudeau has over 25 years of experience training athletes in 28 sports, serving as Head Strength Coach at the Central Institute for Human Performance. A prolific writer, he has published four books and was a senior author for T-Nation, reaching 400,000+ readers weekly. He developed the Neurotyping System, a revolutionary method that personalizes training based on neurological profiles. As an international lecturer, he helps coaches optimize athlete performance, motivation, and client retention. He published 7 books translated in 5 languages.
